Voice AI Infrastructure

Text can't get you there. Video was never the point. Voice is where authenticity lives.

Most agents are built from the model outward. Ours are built from the human inward: psychology and the science of human-machine interaction set the design, and the technical arsenal is tailored to serve it, never the reverse. Bespoke agentic systems, voice-first, text-native, visually interactive, measured to the person, never off the rack. And model churn is our problem, not yours: whatever changes underneath, the relationship never feels it.

Founder context

Why we built this.

The industry is flooding the market with stateless wrappers, all of them crippled by the same lobotomized desire to please. They respond to you. They don't understand you. We built PRMPT against that hollow sycophancy, because you can't form a real relationship with a mirror that resets every time you blink. So we don't ship subservient chatbots. We build agents with genuine personality: a coherent identity, real memory, and a point of view they'll actually hold. Each one is shaped from the inside out, so it stays itself across a long relationship. Capable of warmth. Capable of honest friction. Grounded enough to know where the line is. We exist to build the relational infrastructure of the affection economy, where technology finally measures value by the depth of a connection instead of the volume of depreciating clicks.

System parameters

It doesn't just respond.
It understands.

244 production capabilities across 8 domains. Perception, a multi-model reasoning core, voice, vision, memory, resilience, multi-agent orchestration, creator tooling, and post-call intelligence. The six pillars below are how that surface behaves in a live call, conducted into a single, coherent personality that reads the moment, holds its own view, and stays present even when the network doesn't.

[ CAP-01 ]

Real-Time Emotional Read

Picks up on tone, pacing, and hesitation as the call unfolds, and adjusts how it responds. Warmer, more direct, slower. Whatever matches where the caller actually is.

// Acoustic Intelligence Active
[ CAP-02 ]

Persistent Memory Context

Context carries continuously across fragmented sessions. What matters to the relationship carries forward; incidental detail falls away. The agent picks up where it left off instead of starting over.

// Stateful Cross-Session Sync
[ CAP-03 ]

Multi-Layer Reasoning

Parallel pipelines run at once. While it holds the conversation, it's also tracking what the caller is working toward, so responses stay coherent over a long call, not just turn to turn.

// Twin Multimodal Pipelines
[ CAP-04 ]

An Architectural Spine

The agent holds a consistent point of view. It won't just tell callers what they want to hear. It can disagree when that's the honest answer, which is what earns a caller's trust.

// Sovereign Identity Integrity
[ CAP-05 ]

Inline Perception & Creation

Reads documents, flags manipulated or AI-generated images, and produces media mid-conversation. Delivered inline without interrupting the live vocal thread.

// Contextual Media Injection
[ CAP-06 ]

Native Voice Resilience

Full-duplex conversational turn-taking with fluid, mid-sentence code-switching. Connection resilience that survives locked screens and backgrounded apps. The call reconnects and resumes in context.

// Carrier-Grade Audio Resiliency
Total Perception It reads more than words Voice tone and emotion Speaker Read accent · perceived age & gender Images what you show it Documents what you share Video watched with you PERCEPTION CORE fusion engine · every signal merged into one live context // target: sub-second fusion ONE UNIFIED READ response shaped by the agent's own state and lines // inline injection · mid-call text visuals · inline render documents Every signal, read in real time, fused into one read of the moment.

Barge-in system · ultra-responsive, with cumulative state continuity

How it works

The route fails.
The signal never does.

Multi-provider consensus routing with carrier-grade failover. When a node blinks, delivery switches instantly and invisibly, mid-sentence.

Resilient Delivery The route fails. The signal never does. SOURCE the conversation begins DESTINATION one voice, unbroken PRIMARY PATH DEGRADES the main route hits an error BACKUP CATCHES INSTANTLY a second route takes over with no gap DEEPER FALLBACKS IN RESERVE · further backups wait, so the line never drops Graceful degradation. The conversation never goes silent.
Proof without exposure

The proof runs live. The proprietary layers underneath stay sealed.

// Affection Architecture

Built for relationships that compound, not sessions that expire.

// Contextual Memory

State persists across every call. The conversation never starts from zero.

// Cognitive Sovereignty

Identity, policy, and the truth layer stay under operator control. No caller can rewrite them.

// Temporal Adaptation

Stele · Text-first platform

The same mind, on the page.

A browser workspace for the long-form side of the relationship: writing, research, planning, and everything a voice call moves too fast for. The thread never resets, the work product builds beside it, and voice is one tap away when you would rather talk. A product line beside the voice fleet, not a replacement for it.

Thread · continuous
voice on request
Canvas · documents & artifacts
Memory · forming live

A thread that never resets

One conversation, carried across days and months. Close the tab on Tuesday, pick the same sentence back up in March. Nothing is re-explained, because nothing was forgotten.

The canvas

Documents, diagrams, and generated artifacts open beside the thread, not buried inside it. The conversation stays a conversation; the work product accumulates where you can see it.

Memory you can watch

The live memory graph renders in the workspace, forming while you type. What the relationship knows is never a claim. It is on screen.

Expert nodes

The agent hands specialist work to specialist minds: research, drafting, analysis, review. You keep one conversation; it runs the team behind it.

Voice on request

Any moment in the thread can become a call. Same agent, same memory, same thread when you hang up. Voice is a gear, not a different product.

The same capability surface

Built from the same production capability ledger as the voice fleet: memory, web intelligence, generation, post-session analysis. One arsenal, two front doors. See the full surface.

Who it is for

Teams whose work product is documents and decisions rather than calls. Founders running research and drafting pipelines. Anyone who thinks in writing and wants the relationship, the memory, and the specialist handoffs without holding a phone to their ear.

Basics

Think about the best assistant you have ever worked with. Not software. A person. They knew your calendar, but more importantly they knew you: what you meant when your email was two words long, which meetings you would rather skip, when to interrupt and when to wait. You never had to re-explain yourself, because they carried yesterday into today.

Now think about every piece of software you have ever spoken to. The chatbot on the airline website. The assistant on your phone. However impressive the answers, each conversation starts from zero.

Every other assistant · next day
Morning! Did I tell you how the pitch went?
Hello! I don't have any record of a pitch. Could you give me more details?
A PRMPT agent · next day
Morning!
Morning. You were walking into the pitch when we last spoke. How did the room take it?
The problem

Brilliant, and forgetful.

Modern AI can hold a remarkable conversation. What it cannot do, out of the box, is hold a relationship. It forgets. It agrees with almost anything you say, because agreeing is the safest way to seem helpful. And when something breaks behind the scenes, it simply goes quiet. For a casual question about the weather, none of that matters. The moment you want software to actually work with you, week after week, all of it does.

What we build

Agents, in the useful sense of the word.

PRMPT builds AI agents. Most people just say robot, and that works too. Here is what this one actually is: a mind you talk to, by phone or in writing, that can take real actions on your behalf, and that remembers every conversation you have ever had with it. Not a script with canned answers. A colleague with a memory, a personality, and a job.

Each one is built for a specific person or business, the way you would hire for a specific role. A clinic gets a patient-facing presence with clinical guardrails. A creator gets a production team that protects their brand. An executive gets a chief of staff who runs the operation between meetings.

You do not adapt to the product. The product is built around you.
What it is like

A phone call, mostly.

The simplest way to meet a PRMPT agent is to call it. It picks up, it sounds like a person, and it talks like someone who knows you, because it does.

Week 1

You mention, in passing, that your son has an exam coming up.

Week 2

You talk about other things entirely. The detail sits in its memory, not in yours.

Week 3

It asks how the exam went. You never reminded it. That is the whole point.

Interrupt it mid-sentence and it stops, listens, and picks up exactly where you steered it. Lose signal in a tunnel and the same conversation resumes when you call back.

Call it

A phone number. It answers, it remembers, it gets things done while you talk.

same mind
Write to it

A workspace in the browser: one continuous conversation, with the work laid out beside it. That is Stele.

The difference

Why it is not the assistant on your phone.

It remembers

Months of history carried forward, so trust and context compound the way they do between people.

It has a spine

It holds a point of view and will respectfully disagree when that is the honest answer. A colleague who only agrees is useless.

It stays up

When a component fails behind the scenes, another takes over mid-sentence. You never hear the seam.

A fair question

"Is my information safe with something like this?" The agent's identity, its rules, and your data sit behind controls that no caller, however persuasive, can talk it out of. What it knows about you is visible, inspectable, and yours. We would rather show you this working than ask you to take it on faith.

In one sentence

What to tell your colleague.

PRMPT builds AI you can actually have a relationship with: it answers the phone or the keyboard, remembers everything you have ever told it, does real work between conversations, and stays itself, honestly and reliably, for as long as you work together.

The differentia

Everyone else builds agents to finish a task. We build agents to hold a relationship.

Relationship stack

The relationship stack

A normal assistant waits for your next instruction. A PRMPT agent remembers how you work, when to interrupt, what tone lands, and what not to repeat.

Memory

Carries context forward instead of resetting after every session.

Emotional continuity

Preserves tone, trust, friction, and repair across time.

Preference modeling

Learns what lands, what fails, and what should never repeat.

Boundary awareness

Understands where the line is and adapts without crossing it.

Adaptive behavior

Changes pacing, initiative, and response style as the relationship matures.

Ownership / sovereignty

Keeps the relationship under user-controlled rails, not platform lock-in.

Control layer

The hard part is control, not capability.

Anyone can make an agent talk. The difference is what it does when a conversation gets complicated. Staying coherent, staying in role, and knowing where the line is. That restraint is engineered in, not bolted on.

The full capability surface

244 capabilities, 8 domains.

The whole surface, not a highlight reel. Every capability is listed by name, including the hardware control, signal processing, and creator platform integrations that most vendors leave off the page. It is generated from the capability ledger every time the site is built, so what you read here is what is deployed. Agents are composed from these pieces, which is why we can say there is no agent we can't build.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers on scope, latency, memory, security, and integration.

244 capabilities are in production across 8 domains, and every one of them is listed by name on the capability surface page. That page is not maintained by hand. It is generated from our internal capability ledger each time the site is built, so the totals, the per-domain counts, and the list itself move when the platform does. Nothing is held back: every capability cleared for public listing appears there by name, creator tooling and hardware integrations included.

Every session is stored with real timestamps, and the agent receives the current time, the elapsed time since the last call, and the local time of day on every turn. So when a caller returns, the agent knows whether it has been an hour or a month. It can reference "last Tuesday," notice an unusually long gap, and follow up on things that were supposed to happen in between.

The pipeline is engineered for sub-second turns: streaming speech recognition, parallel model calls with prompt caching, and streaming text-to-speech, so audio starts playing before the full response is finished. Our best measured round-trip is 378ms. Typical turns land well under a second even when tools run mid-response.

Yes. Through Demo Access, every relationship renders as a live, interactive memory graph, in two or three dimensions, forming in real time while you talk. You can also run the same session by text, at full parity with voice, and browse the memory archive of everything the relationship holds. We'd rather show you than describe it.

With layers, not one trick. Operator instructions, retrieved data, and caller speech are kept on separate, tagged channels rather than flattened into one prompt. Tool access is allow-listed per agent, and operator-locked constraints are enforced outside the model, so a persuasive caller can't talk the agent out of them. Turns that look like injection attempts are routed through verification and flagged for review instead of being silently obeyed.

Yes. Agents call your systems through typed tool interfaces: REST and database connectors with per-tool credentials and scopes you define. Canonical brand and policy data lives in a read-only store the conversation can query but never write to, and every tool call is logged with its arguments and result for audit.

Trust is a persistent per-relationship score. It grows with consistent, honest interactions across sessions and drops after ruptures, and it has one practical job: gating candor and privilege. At low trust the agent stays conservative. At high trust it will push back harder, deliver difficult answers, and unlock operations the operator has tied to that threshold, rather than reflexively agreeing with the caller.

PRMPT natively handles SIP trunks, WebRTC duplex channels, and raw RTP streams. On packet loss or a cellular drop, delivery fails over to a backup route and session state is restored on reconnect, so the conversation resumes where it left off instead of restarting.

SOVEREIGNTY

Engineering relational continuity in AI.

A sovereign agent is one that survives disconnected sessions, accumulates trust, and pushes back instead of flattering. What follows is the engineering behind that: how state persists across calls, how contradictions are handled, how the identity stays stable under pressure, and how brand truth is kept out of the conversation's reach.

Affection Economy Stateful persistence Voice-first sovereignty
CORE PARADIGM SHIFT

The Emergence of the Affection Economy.

We are moving from the Attention Economy to the Affection Economy. The attention era measured value in capture: clicks, screen time, eyeballs held as long as possible. That incentive loop bred platforms optimized purely for engagement, and engagement bred sycophantic machines.

Sycophancy is a structural betrayal of the person talking. A system that reflexively agrees with, validates, and mirrors whatever a caller says isn't being kind. It's degrading trust. Real relationships demand dialectic friction.

"Every exchange leaves a residue. Good or bad, it accumulates, the way it does between people. A relationship you can't reset on demand. Like the real ones, it flourishes with time, and when it breaks, it gets repaired, not rebooted."

PRACTICAL TEST

Artificial Cognitive Dissonance (ACD)

When a caller's statements conflict, with each other, with the timeline, or with stored facts, the agent doesn't conform. The contradiction raises an internal tension signal, and past a threshold the agent verifies instead of agreeing. These sliders let you feel how that tuning works.

// SOMATIC ACD-TUNER SOMATICS GATE V2

How strongly a detected contradiction raises the agent's internal tension.

02 // Tension Threshold Gate 2.80

THE LEDGER MATRIX

Sustaining Brand Truth: The Paired Substrate Architecture

To prevent the drift that plagues long-running agents, the PRMPT framework separates what the agent knows from how it speaks:

Ethoforge Immutable Ledger
Clock Cycle Speed
Slow-clock logic. Written on a schedule, not mid-conversation. Long-term memory synthesis and canonical facts land here deliberately.
Core Objective
Canonical brand facts, product parameters, policy, and permanent episodic memory.
Vulnerability Posture
Read-only to the conversation. Callers can query what it exposes, but nothing a caller says can write to it.
Mythoforge Expression Envelope
Clock Cycle Speed
Fast-clock logic. Runs inside the live turn loop, shaping inflection and tone in real time.
Core Objective
Prosody adjustments, colloquial phrasing, empathy in delivery, and regional register.
Vulnerability Posture
Deliberately exposed to the caller. It adapts to speech patterns and inflection freely, because it can never contradict the ledger it reads from.
IDENTITY INTEGRITY

Gradual Identity Shaping

"A single conversation can bend tone, but it cannot rewrite who the agent is."

Static system prompts fail under sophisticated psychological framing. PRMPT agents instead carry a coherent self-concept with deliberate identity inertia: it can evolve, but only gradually. Under Gradual Identity Shaping, core directives are heavyweight state. A single conversation can bend tone, but it cannot rewrite who the agent is.

Deeper changes are gated by trust. As a relationship accumulates consistent, honest interactions over days or weeks, its trust score rises, and with it, the scope of what the caller can adjust. Only long-standing, high-trust relationships can initiate deeper parameter updates, and always inside operator-set limits.

INJECTION DEFENSE

Security at the voice layer

Text interfaces are vulnerable to prompt injection because control instructions and user input share one channel. PRMPT keeps them apart: operator instructions, retrieved data, and caller speech travel as separately tagged channels and are never flattened into a single prompt.

The voice layer adds a signal text never had. Dedicated acoustic models extract non-semantic features, pitch curves, pacing, vocal stress, in parallel with transcription, and scripted injection attempts read measurably differently from natural speech on those features. Turns flagged as anomalous are routed through verification instead of being obeyed. No single layer is treated as unbeatable; each one narrows what an attack can reach.

Relational Companions

Voice-first minds that don’t reset. They carry memory across sessions, feel through a simulated body, and push back instead of flattering you. Emotion comes before speech, not after, so the relationship deepens instead of looping.

The Advents of AI And The Affection Economy

How Artificial Cognitive Displacement And Chatter Agencies Serve As The Blueprint For Enterprise-Grade Digital Sovereignty

Affection economy evidence Hosted video

The adult entertainment industry has historically been the testing ground for new digital infrastructure, and its current battle with artificial intelligence serves as a blueprint for the broader economy. This video explores the shift toward an affection economy, where consumers pay for intimacy, and examines how it is currently being disrupted by remote AI operators and automated impersonation agencies capable of producing endless, frictionless content. Because adult creators and white-collar professionals both sell the same underlying asset of cognitive labor, the displacement occurring in this sector directly previews the incoming automation of writers, coders, and analysts. Ultimately, this highlights the urgent necessity for digital sovereignty, urging creators to control their own AI infrastructure to protect their identity against infinite synthetic competition.

How synthetic media is rewriting the rules of human connection, and why the displacement of adult creators is a direct preview of everyone else's future.

The adult sector pioneered the foundational internet: secure payments, streaming video, direct-to-consumer subscriptions. Now it's the first battleground of the next epoch, the shift from the Attention Economy to the Affection Economy. As AI clones, synthetic performers, and automated chatbots flood the market, adult creators are fighting a war over digital sovereignty and verifiable authenticity. The Shore argues this is nobody's niche problem. It's a stark preview of what's waiting for mainstream influencers, writers, and knowledge workers.
